I assume that you mean the 'tnt village' tracker icon.

It works fine for: ​http://tntvillage.org:6969/announce

however not this tracker because there is not favicon on their homepage: ​http://tracker.tntvillage.scambioetico.org:2710/announce

I am marking this a wontfix as it is really is not worth changing for such a limited use case, however you can copy the attached icon into ~/.config/deluge/icons and it will appear for you on restart.
