Plugin label/webUI: where I can configure it in webUI?

deluged + deluge-web
I active the Label and webUI plugin, but I can't configure nothing:

I forgot to say the browser version: Firefox 3.6.13

In deluge-web log file says this: 

pluginmanager:108 Plugin has no web ui

The label plugin does not need a config page as you change everything in the sidebar.

Configuring the webui when you have already connected to it, is just odd, as there are only three options: Enable webui, Enable ssl and Listen port.
