Update tracker (force reannounce) doesn't work with some trackers

From Deluge 1.3.2 the button "Update Tracker" don't work.

Doesn't work for me, I've Deluge 1.3.2. In Deluge 1.3.1 work fine.

I've Deluge 1.3.2 with LibTorrent? 0.15.6. When I press on the button "Update Tracker" does not update anything. This thing happens with all the trackers from Deluge 1.3.1

Ok I found that  mininova tracker exhibits this issue so this is clearly an issue with libtorrent.
