Description
Deluge brings to the tracker to upload a value different from what is on the deluge.

I'm running the same version (same tracker software too I believe) and have no issues with inconsistencies in reported stats. I think I have seen what you're seeing before but I believe it's because the tracker uses a cached list of active peers on a torrent. Please re-verify the inconsistent stats.
I know my tracker used to ban deluge (years ago) because of this issue (or a similar one) and the admins would love to ban it again if it really did report bad stats, so I doubt it is.

I have to agree with cinderblock as my initial thoughts were that the tracker stats are in an inconsistent state rather than Deluge/libtorrent misreporting.
Also looking at the stats pages again, your tracker is only reporting Active Time of 4h1m compared to Deluge showing 4h37m
As this is not a Deluge issue and with no other users reporting libtorrent 0.15.6 issues with stats, I will close this ticket.
What version of libtorrent?
