Move speed in titlebar to the beginning

Prerequisite: Enable the Show session speed in titlebar option.

Shortening Down to D, Up to U, KiB/s to k, placing them at the beginning of the title bar string and removing unnecessary spaces would allow the speeds to be seen in the taskbar/panel button with less probability of being truncated.

This could apply to the gtkui and webui.
