Option to don't show main window on torrent addition from command line

Main window pops up on torrent addition from web browser (using "deluge $url" command) since "Bring MainWindow? to front when opening another instance" change in 1.3.5.

I request an option or an argument to don't show main window on torrent addition, as it was in previous versions.

It annoys when you check your favourite tracker and are forced to hide window after every added torrent.

I did think that might be the case for some users when I added that but it fixed a problem in other use-cases.

I will look to add a preferences option for next release. You can comment out or remove the  line and it will revert the change.

Use cases for my reference:

• User clicks unity launcher icon and brings running in tray instance to front.  bug
• With Add Dialog hidden:
  • User wants window focus after adding from browser.
  • User does _not_ want window focus after adding from browser.
