deluged crashes after Fedora update

Description

The Deluge daemon crashes shortly after starting, citing the following error. I will also attach gdb output for perusal. 

May  8 17:37:43 corrosion kernel: [3147432.964775] deluged[7913]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f2f6cb8e570 sp 00007f2f67a6ac20 error 4 in libtorrent-rasterbar.so.6.0.0[7f2f6ca72000+287000]

I also found a related ticket  here, but that was closed due to lack of information. I am running libtorrent 0.15.8 (rb_libtorrent-0.15.8-1.fc16.x86_64).

Update to libtorrent 0.15.9. It looks like its the https tracker issue.
