[Extract] Uncompress feature, similar to rtorrent unpack

Description
When using deluge web gui there's not an easy way to unpack files, it would be a nice to have feature like in rutorrent, I don't know the best way of doing this, web-gui component or a plugin so I've selected Web-UI component. Please see the example picture bellow:

it should be OK but unfortunately there's no support for web-ui from extract Plugin.

A manual extract UI option could be added to the Extract plugin.
