Torrent already added not working

Description
After a few minutes of frustration trying to add a torrent, I realized though using the console that the torrent I was trying to add was already added. In previous versions of Deluge, the client would deliver a pop-up prompt informing the user of this, this doesn't appear to work in 1.3.13.
