Platform: x86 Dual Core @3.2Ghz, 4GB Ram OS: Ubuntu Server 8.10

First installed the .deb for 8.10 for soon to discover the stated behaviour (web ui only tested). Got the sources and compiled them. The same. There is no way to add a torrent with any web ui theme, daemon ran as root or anything else.

When I place a single torrent into my torrent watch folder when Deluge is closed and not running and then launch Deluge, Deluge fails to complete loading. I get the window for deluge, but it remains solid white. I can see "deluge" and sometimes "deluged" as well running as a process but the deluge window freezes and never loads.

The autoadd folder does not work.

Using Ubuntu v8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) with all of the latest updates.
