I start deluged + deluge-web.
I active the webUI plugin (from deluge-web).
I stop deluge-web and deluged.
I start only deluged.
I try to connect to localhost:port but: "Error: Cannot connect to destination".

In log output of deluged:

I've installed deluge from sources, when I execute deluge-gtk, the tray icon is this:

Installing deluge from sources isn't installing the man pages.
