This is really just a hint, but for what I noticed, when using deluge with lets say 50kb/s up and 50kb/s down on a 1.6Mb/s down and 120KB/s up connection, the internet is unusable. Connections randomly time out (irc disc's every 10 minutes out of nowhere and got huge delays), http shows similar fucked-up-ness. Shit takes years to load and sometimes does never finish. On the other hand, I can play online fps with 90ms ping while loading torrents with btpd for example with 200/90kbs. Think about it, but deluges network performance is fucked up in some way... |

This is an old problem with deluge, it just dose not remember the position i set for the horizontal separator in the middle which separator the torrent area and the status,details..etc. When shifting the separator to the middle in full screen mode, then restarts deluge ,the separator goes back to the default position. |
