Deluge will open too many files when relaunching the application when you have a large amount ( >1K ) of torrents seeding.

As a result deluge will not monitor watch directories anymore.

Short output from error: for filename in os.listdir(self.configautoadd_location): exceptions.OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files: '/home/user/torrents/watch/'

Hello, Deluge = deluge-1.3.11-win32-setup I am running 64bit machine, it is constantly crashing none stop while downloading. See attached pictures,

I keep getting a "404 not found" error with almost every torrent I try to download. I have been getting it with torrents from every site I use (kickass.to, piratebay.se, mininova.org). Any help would be appreciated.
