Deluge won't start. Displays UI, then immediately displays error message (This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.) followed by Program not responding.

Tried running deluged-debug, same error, might suggests it's not an GTK memory leak issue.

• Cleaning %appdata%\deluge won't solve this problem.
• Reinstalling deluge won't solve this problem.
• Reinstalling VC++ Runtime 2008 x86 won't solve this problem.
• Turning off firewall (Comodo) won't solve this problem.

When I first open Deluge settings, I can edit settings such as download location and bandwidth.

However, problems will arise when opening those settings after the second time.

Specifically, the set values such as the download location and bandwidth are not displayed and I can not change it.

Probably similar problem has occurred in all setting items where I can enter a character string.

This problem occurred in Windows, but it did not occur on Linux (I used Kali Linux).

When ever I start deluge it launches and the crashed saying that Deluge Bittorrent Client has stopped working. I have re-downloaded Deluge multiple time since this started.
