My users started complaining that the SSL torrent were no longer working after upgrading from 1.3.6 to 1.3.7 I added some logging server side to see what was happening, but the requests are not going through. I then tested another tracker I have to see if it was my certificate or server causing the problem, but it was the same for it. Everything is fine in 1.3.6 On Windows 7, from the installer. Simply add a torrent that has a SSL tracker to reproduce. |

If you can set any limit speed per torrent on upload speed or download speed throught the webui then the limit is ignoring and not working fine. Only on GTK the limit is working. |
