I noticed deluged was not updating on a private tracker. When it first started up my seeding torrents would show. after a while it showed no torrents. i attempted to manually update torrents and kept getting the same "timed out" error. i ran a packet sniffer during times it updated, and force updated. updated were never sent to the tracker. |

Since upgrading Deluge from 1.2.3 to 1.3.0 on Ubuntu, the sidebar remains completely empty unless View > Sidebar > Show tracker is enabled. I.e., the sidebar is displayed but there's no content. |

When starting the Deluge 1.3.0 GTKUI, paused torrents are actually started for a short time and then paused again. This can lead to bans on trackers that limit the number of active torrents! I have also seen the issue with 1.2.3 but it definitely got worse with 1.3.0. |
