#243 WontFix Speed limit does not work inside LAN. markybob cbxyoo@yahoo.com
Description

OS:Linux i386 Distribution:Ubuntu 8.04 deluge version:0.5.9.1 installed by Ubuntu aptitude

Speed limit does not apply to LAN connections. So if you just share files with other guys in the LAN,you can not limit the speed, which may cause your low download speed.

It seems like deluge has missed some feature, which we can disable the option "enable seperate speed limit for LAN" in the azureus to get.

I do like deluge because of its simple and almost enough features,so please fix this bug which may annoy people who are in a network environment like mine.

Thank you!

#264 WontFix Deluge opens malformed URLs in browser markybob shalev.ethan@gmail.com
Description

OS: Fedora 8

#266 WontFix Wrong ETA when some files of a torrent are not downloaded markybob anonymous
Description

This bug is present when the user chooses not to download all the files in the torrent. Deluge does not update properly the ETA and gives an estimation over the size of all the files in the torrent and not over just the ones selected for download. It's really annoying because it basically makes ETA useless all those times you are downloading just a small fraction of the files from a torrent.
