In China, Some BT client(Xunlei, etc.) are leech like: they will upload to the same kind BT client high priority, and to the different kind BT client low priority. So how can Deluge add some policy to deal with that: maybe a banned-client list setting, then banned the client by client id? |

i just downloaded the deb package for ubuntu hardy then installed and ran deluge. every port test fails, even after tweaking settings in the preferences dialogue. i know UPnP works on my router as other apps, including the transmission bt client, can use it fine. |

Using Version 1.0.5, with deluged running on a SuSE box, connected via LAN to the clients. Trying to change the priority of files inside a torrent using either the webUI or the client running off the daemon doesn't register. Everything remains at normal. This is true of any client OS. |
