In GTKUI torrentview.py when starting up the initial call to select_first_row between update_view and update does not function in Standalone mode.

The Notification plugin threw this error when changing settings in WebUI Preferences.

The changes to libtorrent 1.1 combine I2P into proxy settings so the same should be done for the UIs.
