#2368 Invalid All torrents dissapear after a crash diegomorde
Description

After a crash all torrents have disappeared in deluge. It seems that in torrentview.state the information of the torrents is still there.

I'm using 1.3.6 version of Deluge for Windows.

#994 Invalid All transfers stall completely when using "Move storage" andar neggelandia@gmail.com
Description

I have a relatively small partition for new downloads, which means I have to use the "Move storage" function to re-locate some of my downloaded things from time to time. Every time I use it, as soon as I click the OK button in the Move storage dialog, all transfers immediately stop (except for downloads, they just drop to ~20kb/s). This happens whether I move just one torrent or 20. When I say "all transfers" I really mean all of them, not just the ones I'm currently moving.

I don't have much more details about this except that I'm always moving to a different partition (actually a different LVM volume).

#640 Fixed A LOT of strings in deluge 1.x is not translateable andar engored@ya.ru
Description

I use ru_RU locale and experience partially localized interface in Deluge 1.0.6 with some untranslated messages here and there (which is not what I personally like). I've decided to check stats on launchpad (here: https://translations.launchpad.net/deluge/1.0/+pots/deluge/ ), and saw that everything available is already translated. So I downloaded source code and simply checked for some annoying messages:

grep -rn 'KiB' * | grep .py | grep -v '_(' # this searches every .py file for 'KiB' not preceded by gettext macro

There were 9 such messages. Currently, speed values, data amount values, torrent states, tab names in preferences dialog and few other messages in many places are not translateable at all, as far as I understand the source code.
