#255 Fixed Download / upload rate is broken markybob facundo@taniquetil.com.ar
Description

I have three torrents that already finished download. They show some upload / download rate. If I start changing the priority of each (pressing the "up" and "down" buttons, reordering them in the window), that rate just changes upwards like crazy (they wen from around 0.7 to 9.3 in six or seven reorders).

I'm using Deluge installed from apt-get in Hardy Heron, Deluge 0.5.8.9.

I've modified the passkey, filename and the torrent site's name. Torrent site is a private site. Anyone know how to fix this?

#257 Fixed .torrent files in 2 directories? markybob simonbcn
Description

I have installed the Deluge 0.5.9.1 in a server.
I have set as default folder of download: ~/download/. And the folder to store the .torrent files: ~/.config/deluge/torrentfiles
I will explain it with an example so that be understood better:
I add a torrent, "The Shining", in the webUI, from local PC.
In the server, Deluge creates two .torrent files:
1) ~/downloads/deluge_0.303677910194_The Shining.torrent
2) ~/.config/deluge/torrentfiles/deluge_0.303677910194_The Shining.torrent

Why those two .torrent files are created in two different folders? They are necessary?
