I use Ubuntu 8.04 and have been using deluge for a while. I have realized a problem with deluge when I save the download file into FAT32 partition. As you might know, ubuntu does not mount the drive automatically. Here's a sequence of problem that I think happen.

Deluge 1.0.2 don't start on other language installations of Windows xp (Spanish in my computer). When I click to shortcut generated by installer, it pop up a console, but Deluge don't successfully start, console disappears and Deluge don't launch. I can run Deluge patching some files in program directory and doing others tweaks. I'm going to explain here accurately:
