Built from trunk, 1.3.0-dev. Also noticed this in 1.2.0 rc1

When I click on Homepage, FAQ, or Community under the Help menu in GTK+ UI it causes deluge process (gtkui) to use 100% cpu. Browser opens and goes to website.

This is a bug in pygtk and has been fixed upstream. It should be available in future releases of pygtk.
