Deluge fails when I try to add a torrent from iceweasel

Hello.

When I try to open a torrent from iceweasel (i. e. I download a torrent and I select open with deluge from iceweasel), while I have an opened deluge, deluge opens a new instance of it and it doesn't add the downloaded torrent to its queue.

This is a bug in the debian/ubuntu packages. The latest should have this problem fixed.
