Can't start the RC-version of Deluge in Windows 7.

I got this message when running it via Powershell (Windows version of Terminal-window):

Note that I have hade this installed for a while.

Go to where gtk installed (C:\Program Files\GTK2-Runtime\bin for me), and run:
regsvr32 libgobject-2.0-0.dll
Least that is what has solved the problem for me in the past.

Failing that, a reboot should work. At least, that's what worked for me in the past when I had this issue.
