Options Tab and Preferences window are conflicting

Description
I have noticed that the same options options are in both, but the information is conflicting for at least the "Move Completed". Being able to move the storage is important because I have a 1.5 terabyte drive being shared between Windows and Linux in dual boot, and Windows cannot see the other two drives with Linux mdadm raid 0 config, nor is there enough space to have all downloads go to these drives in raid.

The options tab is meant to be able to override your global and per torrent preferences. Changing an option in your preferences should appear in the options tab, but changing an option in the options tab won't affect your preferences.
