Ability to save password in WebUI

Hello,

In previous version 1.1.x, we can save the password to access the webui.

But now in 1.2 we can't do that anymore :(

Please can you do something about that ?

You can save the password on the "Interface" preferences page.

I attached a screen shot of interface preferences page (French version). Yes we can change the password but not save it :(

Are there any errors either from deluge-web or in the browser javascript console?

No errors in deluge-web neither in javascript console. (tested with firefox 3.6)

What exactly is meant by save password? Do you mean firefox's ability to save passwords, or the ability for deluge to set a long lasting cookie and then being able to access the page without providing a password at all? For the latter, isn't that what the session timeout field is for?
