Menu bar not visible

Description
After upgrading to 1.2.1 the menu bar is no longer visible. Actually is there because if I press ALT-F the submenus appear. See screenshot.

UPDATE: The described situation is true only when Deluge has been started but no torrent selected. After the first selection of any torrent the menu bar reappears.

I've never seen this sort of behaviour before. Could you try using a different theme and see if the problem persists?

Yes, it seems to be a theme issue. Only noticed in Deluge, though.
