I think i understand the bug but can you please clarify that the file is being re-downloaded rather than checked and queued for seeding?

Could you provide a debug log as well.

  • Milestone changed from 1.4.0 to Future
  • Status changed from pending to new
  • Version changed from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3

I create the torrent file, it loads in the private tracker, the tracker download the file, add the torrent file for seeding. deluge does recheck and when it finds non-ASCII characters (for example è é ì ù) in the title of the file I put it for download. Since I am the uploader, I'm stop the recheck and create a new torrent file, but before I change the titles with non-ascii characters.

Where can I find the debug log of deluge?

Is still an issue with 1.3.1?

There is a new reported issue with Deluge on Windows and non-ascii: #1373
