Description
Deluge past 1.21 won't start if you have GTK# (aka GTKSharp) installed. I uninstalled GTK# and Deluge would start, but now I can't use other apps that require GTK#.
OS: Win 7 Pro x64

Just tried it. Still the same problem. I click the icon and nothing happens. I tried to restart and everything. Let me know if I can do anything else to help. I miss being able to use Deluge. :)

I am not convinced that this is a Deluge bug. Issues in the past due to GTK install problems have been common.
Did you uninstall all previous versions of Deluge and GTK2? You can always manually install the latest GTK2 version.
If you run deluge manually from the cmd prompt it should show what the error is.
You could also check the windows forum like this post: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=35075

I removed the "C:\Program Files (x86)\GtkSharp?\2.12\bin" from the "Path" in Windows Advanced System Settings. This allowed Deluge to start, yet broke the GTK# stuff. But I narrowed it down to this, sounds like a PATH thing with the way Deluge looks for paths.
