Deluge version: deluge-1.3.0-rc1-win32-setup.exe Wine version: 1.1.42-0ubuntu4

Install y run deluge and message attach to ticket

Why do you want to run Deluge in wine?

Deluge source code can be compiled on any platform so there is no need for wine to be used.
