Description
Plugin is configuable through GTK UI. Unforntunatly doesn't work in version 1.3RC1-dev. I'll post some logs.

I've updated to latest deluge source and been running it for a few days now. Notifications are working for me, so, I'm setting this as "worksforme" please reopen with the necessary steps to reproduce your issues.
