Description
I hate having to manually manage my torrents by tracker, some trackers just suck up all the bandwidth from the torrents that need seeding... would be great if you could add rules to each tracker. For example only seed torrents from TPB to 1:1, while torrents from BitMeTV seed forever... other rules could be seeding time and download/upload speed. It could be similar to the 'Label Options' window.

Not really, I use the labels plugin to sort my torrents into folders by content. Sorting torrents by trackers doesn't make any sense, since most of the trackers have all sorts of content.
Since you can't add more than one label per torrent, this doesn't work.

The label plugin can do this, labels can be assigned automatically tracker depending.
