Sort by Progress in Files tab ignores fractional part

Description

When sorting the Files tab in gtkui by the Progress column, integral parts of the percentages (100, 99, 98 etc.) are handled correctly but it appears that the fractional part (.##) is ignored. Right now, I have in one torrent, the following percentages: [... 10.09, 9.09, 9.14, 9.72, 9.24, 9.14, 8.19 ...]

Sorting is incorrect for both ascending and descending column mode.
