Checking stops when drive is not mounted, but mountable with user permissions

Description

I've checked and this has not been reported yet (at least i couldnt find it).

My problem is that there are several partitions what i use and if my PC has booted, i start deluge, i have to click on every partition to make them mounted before, or else deluge will say checked 0%. If i missed, i have to click on every partition, pause the torrent, and push the continue button.

This is irritating. If the partition can be mounted by gnome, with user permissions, why deluge can not mount them on access? I know its mainly an ubuntu "bug", that you have to attach every partition, but this is really against usability. I dont want to hack fstab, i dont want to be a hacker.

I don't know any apps that would mount a partition without user intervention, with Gnome you are explicitly telling it to mount when you click the disk icon.

Editing fstab is not that difficult and there are alternatives: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AutomaticallyMountPartitions
