Description

I like to set up the UI for my needs. Ratio to center, long percentage bar etc. If i re-run Deluge, it's all gone. Would be nice.

I've added a 5 second timer to save the config file whenever a value has been changed in [3865]. This should fix any issues with the values not being persistent.
