Description
This is a reminder to put a Super Seeding option in, now that libtorrent 0.15 is used. See the FAQ:
Q: Does Deluge support Initial/Super Seed? A: Not yet, but it will be added in the future when libtorrent 0.15 is released

Thanks for the GTK patch. It looks like there is an indentation error in the patch and using 'Enable...' for this option is not correct, best to use On & Off.
Obviously we will also need WebUI and Console patches.

This patch include GTKui(from Doadin), consoleui(legacy and "gui") and webui(missing the context menu).
