Please provide an AUTHOR file with centralized information

Description

The blocklist plugin folder contains some COPYING and LICENSE files: it would be better to centralize such information, for example providing an AUTHORS file in the root folder containing the same text as the About→Credits dialog and a list of files from other projects with the name of their respective licenses (see qbittorrent for something similar).
