I am still seeing this problem:
Client: 1.3.5 (Windows 7 x64) Server: 1.3.5 (Debian Linux, from Debian Package)
libtorrent: 0.15.10.0

What problem are you actually seeing? Also you need to test against the latest release (1.3.6).

The Deluge-GTK Client (on Windows) is set to save downloaded files to /storage/downloads. After adding a torrent, it instantly goes to 'Error: Permission denied' and the download location reads: /storage/downloads\filename (the backslash obviously confuses the Deluge daemon on Linux).
I didn't notice the latest release, downloading it now. Will report back

Updated to 1.3.6, the issue appears to be fixed in there. Not sure why it exists in 1.3.5, when it was apprently fixed earlier, but that doesn't matter as long as it is now fixed.
