Force Re-Check does nothing

Description

I am adding several previously downloaded torrents and they are all stuck at "Checking 0.0%". Pause/Resume/Restarting/Force? Re-Check does nothing.

Here is the log where I am:

1) Pausing the torrent.

2) Forcing re-check

3) Resuming torrent

4) Forcing re-check.

Can you check you have permission to read the folder where these torrent data is located and also install the latest version of libtorrent, 0.15.8.

Updating libtorrent to 0.15.8 fixed this, thanks a lot!
