UI does not display one particular torrent

It is not displayed in web ui, gtk ui and console ui. It is only visible on cli interface.

I'm attaching the screenshot and console output

On screenshot one can see that there are no torrents in downloading state, but download speed is 600kB/s, and from console I can get actual torrent info.

Please advise if there is some way I can get any valuable information to troubleshoot the problem.

I have the same problem since I upgraded from 1.3.3 to git master (c8718ad643d00c7d166dd1314f385572dc4788a9)

torrents trom version 1.3.3 aren.t visible anymore (tested in web and console ui)

but visible using

deluge-console  "info -v 3991098f380fff0d113223d930..."

I found the torrent identifier in .config/deluge/state/torrents.state.
