Description
Choosing "Quit & Shutdown Daemon" on deluge-gtk don't stop deluged resulting in recheck torrents on system restart.
Workaround is to stop deluged on "Connection Manager" before close deluge-gtk

Don't close a 1.3.x ticket if the fix isn't in 1.3.x.
