Description
When using flexget and content_filename and or main_file_only it is possible that a torrent will result in an empty folder as the files have been saved to different paths.
I would like to suggest that deluge check the torrent folders when the torrent is removed (Remove Torrent not Remove With Data) to see if a empty folder remains and remove it...
Since deluge is aware of the location of both folders and the content files I think this is a reasonable function for deluge and would greatly help in keeping directory structures clean when doing automated downloads.

Running python 2.7 so I guess I will have to wait and see if the plugin gets updated.
This plugin will do what you want, at least for the main_file_only case: Delete Partials
If you have just renamed things to not be in a subdirectory it won't help, but adding that feature to deluge seems reasonable to me.
