Progress column states not translatable

Description
Torrent state in progress column is not translatable or simply not shows(eg. string "Seeding" i translated, but maybe it is used in different place)

Unfortunately on webui is similar.It isn't translated and not only it.

Translations in webui need a lot of work so there is a dedicated ticket for that: #2008

BTW, right click on torrent->Label->"No Label" is not translatable(in .po file string "No Label" is translated as "Nėra žymos")
