move storage does nothing

Description
No error, no traceback. Just doesn't move the files whether set to move automatically when finished or done manually.
Don't know if it's deluge or libtorrent 0.16.0

It's libtorrent 0.16.0: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=39701
Downgrading to 0.15.10 should fix your problem.
