Deluge will not even start.

Description
When I completed entering my preferences, Deluge has "No incoming Connection.
Also when I click on "Apply" nothing happens in Preferences.

Clicking Apply will simply save preferences in the background, there is nothing to 'see'.
Also Trac does not like spaces in attachment filenames.
