use HTTP basic token if availlable

I have configured deluge to be served via apache over SSL and I protected it with Basic HTTP authentication.

But I still have to enter the password a second time once the UI is loaded. The username/password I enter should be available to deluge-web, could it try to authenticate with those credentials?
