Deluge is not default magnet url handler

Description
On Ubuntu Deluge does not handle magnet urls unless I make a change to the desktop file and add magnet links as a mime type.

You have not said which version of Ubuntu but the mimetype for magnet uris is in the Desktop file and I verified on both 12.04 and 12.10.
