UPnP dosen't work

Description
Hello.
I run deluged 1.3.3 on debian wheezy using libtorrent: 0.15.10.0. When i use incoming port from the specified range all working fine. Nmap output: 6881/tcp open bittorrent-tracker.
But if i use UPnP and random incoming port nothing happens. Nmap shows nothing. Netstat output: tcp 0 0 atom:56097 *:* LISTEN
I tried 1.3.5 from experimental repo, but with the same result.
