'Move Torrent' results in files moving but not saving new location on restart

Description
Right clicking a torrent, selecting 'Move Torrent', seems to work fine. Once you restart Deluge, however, deluge looks for the files in their original location.
Seems that (at least) torrents.state doesn't get updated/saved correctly.
